- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're extremely fair priced for our local market. We do work in a sliding scale for non-profits as well. Typically our rates are between $100 and $150 an hour for strategy, consulting, and high level business decisions that drive website, search, and social implementation. However, the hourly average comes down quite a bit for ongoing marketing retainers to $80 an hour for search and social media. The experts on our team give the larger agencies a run for their money. We pride ourselves on respecting your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always an initial phone call or in person conversation. A possible second call or meeting or email clarification. Then we put together a proposal specific to your budget and goals. After that we schedule a kickoff meeting to set dates, identify stakeholders and point people as well as request access and brand assets needed to move forward with the initial deliverables. From there we manage our team and yours with a highly communicative weekly or monthly meetings as needed until the project is a success.

The team has a collective 50 years of education and entrepreneurial street smarts that have enabled us to be highly trained and disciplined marketing rock stars.
