Introduction: My students train with live amplification and we focus on bridging the voice registers and building the head voice. In addition to that, we train strength and coordination for singing by focusing on the physiology of 'high performance' singing. Students will learn about vocal modes, larynx dampening, how to tune their voice to specific harmonics that sound great, vocal distortion and vowel modification, among many other things. Students train by first calibrating and tuning high performance onsets in sequential work flows, sirens and over 62 original vocal workouts. Song interpretation and coaching on songs is also covered, once students are into the TVS techniques. TVS International is a world-wide organization that offers students all over the world great vocal technique. We have over 15 certified instructors around the world and regularly offer "Training Vocal Athletes" Master Classes in Europe. Robert Lunte is also the author and producer of "The Four Pillars of Singing". The renown TVS course, training and book that students from over 120 countries around he world have used to become stronger singers. To learn more about the TVS training system, visit The Vocalist Studio Store website. I enjoy watching how the techniques I have developed make a difference and the happiness and satisfaction my clients get when they realize it is actually starting to work. It is fun watching people realize that they really can sing, if they just understand how the singing voice works and practice the techniques we cover.

Hello my name is Edward, I’m currently taking Voice Lessons from Robert Lunte of TVS Vocalist Studio in Seattle Washington. My main goal when I was looking for a Voice Coach was to develop my voice so I could sing all types of music and not become pigeon hold with my voice to being only able to sing one style of music. Robert has developed unique techniques in training which no other trainers have the skills and knowledge of that I’m aware of at this time. Furthermore, Robert is able to work with each individual on their own strengths and weakness. Through his training he has helped me become stronger and more confident in my singing abilities where there is nothing that I can’t conquer or overcome.

Ed, it has been equally rewarding working with you and watching you grow your voice so that today, you are capable of singing. The new year will include more songs, more strength and some recordings!

I've been taking lessons over Skype with Robert Lunte for a little over a year. I've gained a real wealth if knowledge from him. I have developed some essential singing techniques since training with Robert. Some of those techniques include vowel modification, tongue leveraging, formant tuning, proper larynx positioning and warm ups that really train the muscles that control your singing voice. I have really improved the quality of my singing tone and range since working with Robert and would highly recommend him. I myself am employed as an elementary school music teacher. I teach general music and chorus for grades K-4. I have a bachelors of music in music education from Berklee college of music and a masters degree in songwriting from Bath Spa University and I can sincerely say that Robert is a true professional and taking lessons with him is well worth it.

Having been into singing for around 5 years now, I've found out about a market of products created for the purpose of studying the art of singing at home. Being a serious student of singing, I decided to invest in one of these programs to supplement my lessons. Singing Success got me absolutely nowhere. After a couple of weeks, I completely stopped using it, because there was no direction. Around 2 years later, I decided to try out CVT. It offers a book, along with recorded exercises. It was much better, but it still felt like something was missing. How was I to make sure I was doing everything right? The forum was dead. I had been studying singing for a few years, and this was something still on my mind; not having somebody ensure you were practicing the program properly. I cannot imagine how much less confident an absolute beginner might have felt, facing the same thing. Around a year later, I stumbled upon The Modern Vocalist Forum. Observed Robert Lunte provide very detailed feedback on several submissions by aspiring singers. I was pretty impressed with how things were broken down. I had already known about The Four Pillars of Singing, for a while, and I thought it wasn't for me. After seeing an explanation on how it could be used to transform your head voice into something that sounded strong, while still retaining full use of falsetto, I was intrigued enough to take the plunge. After a few months of ownership, I have absolutely no regrets. The Four Pillars of Singing is the only system out there that offers a comprehensive book, video tutorials, and an active forum, where anything can be clarified by the man himself. You can tell this is something made by somebody who cares. It's a completely foolproof method. Whether you're an absolute beginner who desperately needs guidance, or like me, you've been at it a little while, and you're looking for a way to take things to the next level. There's enough depth and science involved in this that even a voice expert can appreciate this system. As an owner of The Four Pillars of Singing, you're not just the owner of a vocal program that you can use at home; you are a student of TVS methodology, and you will no longer be left to figure things out on your own. It's the closest thing to having a voice coach without actually signing up for lessons. It's all laid out right in front of you, and there's nothing left to do but practice.

"G"... Thanks for this very throughout and detailed review of the TVS training program, "The Four Pillars of Singing". Many of the points you made are exactly what I would want people to know. I look forward to more growth together.

I've found THE Maestro! At last! I've found the best vocal training program ever. As a singer sometimes I felt frustration and limits that made me feel like an eternal beginner. There are many vocal programs on the market but I was totally lost because I could not find the one to really improve my singing. Training with Robert Lunte really took me to the next level as no other vocal coach could. He helped to break with my bad habits and taught me (he still does in fact!) how to strengthen my voice and master it. Now I can bridge my registers without strain and do things like sing beautiful and powerful high notes without choking. I never knew I could do that because nobody else was able to show and explain me the way he did. Now I can sing many style of songs, rock (my favorite!), soul, r'n'b and TVS IS the program that made all that possible, because it's the most complete program ever seen in the world. It's big on training! I can train whenever I want thanks to an cutting edge online system too. Also, I added to that an intensive training in Seattle with Robert. That was the best thing I did, because there's nothing like taking one on one lessons to really understand all the methodology: bridging registers, onsets, training workflows and other things that really made me good at singing.TVS is very clear about how to use and understand your vocal system, which is so important to improve your singing. Those who live there are most lucky students , but Skype lessons work great too... Now I'm no longer afraid to perform for fear of doing wrong or hurting my voice during my gigs. I thank you so much for all that Rob! In a word : AWSOME! Sophie Delmare (Calais-France)

Working with Robert was simply the best thing I could have done to improve my singing. I'm lucky in that I'm Seattle-based and can do in-person lessons with Robert, but he does a lot of skype lessons as well so I don't think it is necessary to do them in-person to reap the benefit. I've learned more about the physiology, technique and (perhaps most important) mental training behind singing well with Robert than I would have ever learned on my own. Great stuff. No regrets at all.

Thank you Michael, it has been equally fun and rewarding working with your original songs and helping you to get a warmer sound color in your voice. I look forward to more growth working together.
