Thus, over the years we have developed partnerships with local businesses for most of the materials we use, making our materials easy to obtain and keeping our costs low. You get all this when you have Serene Aqua build a water garden step by step; you will also have the security of an expert in aqua landscaping whoâs just a call or an email away. I contacted Serene Aqua about a possible patio and retainer wall early May. I received Serene Aqua's number from a neighbor, on my street where Serene Aqua was contracted for a similar home improvement job. I was impressed with the work that was performed and I also noted the time management skills, by the employees. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman Mr. Rob Elsen, he informed me that he was the owner of the business. he was professional, polite and he was concerned about meeting my needs. Mr. Elsen drafted several blue pints, they were intact with; types of materials, budgeting finances and competing material companies. Mr. Elsen also took the time to look at my landscapes and style of house. he made the best recommendations for the materials used based on his observations. Serene Aqua has a great staff of employees! I was impressed with their work fortitude and their attention to detail. Serene Aqua had my job finished in less than a week. I love my new patio and so do all my neighbors, it has greatly contributed to the aesthetics of my house, not to mention, this work improved the value of my home! Serene Aqua has successfully completed two outdoor projects over the past two years. The first project was the re-installation of a DIY pond project. Rob was able to incorporate many of my current assets and built a beautiful waterfall with pond and fire pit. The team worked quickly and moved a lot of stones The end project continues to be enjoyed and works flawlessly. The recent project involved a total updating for the front of my home. Rob provided a great design with unique materials for a classic one of a kind finished project. My 22 year old house looks like a new home with the updated environment. Rob is always professional, honest and stands behind his work. I have referred Serene Aqua to over 10 people who are all highly satisfied with Serene Aqua's work.

I work with everyday people like you and Me, I work with Local Celebrities and Ceo's of large local corporations. I have worked with Colleges and also Non Profit organizations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When shopping for any service there are many shortcuts a contractor can do to provide "CHEAP" pricing. We will never provide cheap pricing, but we will always provide the best service for the price. We are Certified Reading Rock preferred installers. Which means we not only do things the right way, but we have to make sure our standards are met to keep our status. SO with that in mind, expect our prices to be average to below average, but never "CHEAP" or Expensive in relation to the scope of work.
