Introduction: I come from a personal history of struggling with being overweight and feeling hopeless that I would never be happy on the inside because of how I looked on the outside. Today I am 120 pounds lighter and most important I feel happy on the inside and have motivation and inspiration to share with others! Your goals are my goals and I will walk with you every step of the way to meet any/every goal! Also, I am a Life Coach and can provide these services as well and at the same time if needed/wanted. I have a strong passion and love in helping people and meeting goals that one may think it is not possible. My job is my life and I love waking up in the morning knowing that day I am on the journey with my clients in meeting goals.
