- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Establish a rapport with your agent and if you hire them, give them the courtesy of acknowledgement if something is missing. Give them the opportunity to correct something you may dislike before you move on to another agent. It helps make things cleaner with Agency laws.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I am very diligent in my duties as a Realtor, that I'm very protective of my clients, and I'm not afraid to go to bat for them to get them what they want or should have out of the transaction. And, I can sleep at night.
