- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take classes through my local health department, I attend cooking classes offered by local chefs and restaurants, and I have a lot of family and friends who volunteer as my guinea pigs, LOL!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had an opportunity to take a break from a previous career and use my investment money to explore my passion for cooking and letting the hungry be fed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Catering birthday parties, weddings and anniversaries, brunches, luncheons, community events, private social gatherings and celebrations; public and private cooking classes; personal chef services.
