It really depends on how detailed the design is and what exactly the customer is looking for, so no.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down and talk about their ideas and look at any pictures they may have and then start to design and sketch out a cake based on that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received my associates degree in Baking and Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu and worked in multiple bakeries.
