She Cooks for You

Introduction: I have been in business for myself for just under two years and I have seen my clients get well with the proper nutrition.Currently I am cooking for an 88 y.o. who was diagnosed with insulin dependent diabetes and today she is off her insulin, has deleted her blood pressure medication, and decreased her pain medication. There are other success stories as well, and I am here to tell you that the lack of nutrition is a main culprit in most individuals' health issues. I enjoy getting to know my clients, their needs, developing menu's and seeing just how far they can return from feeling sick all of the time to robust and healthy,full of energy and joy, just from taking in what God gave us, and that He has granted me the talents to provide this service.
