- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My experience with Yoga started almost 7 years ago. I have tried Bikram, Power, Vinyasa, Hatha, Acroyoga to name a few. The motivators were different at different points in time. I was looking for weight loss, strength, flexibility. I actually got deeply interested in the practice when I attended a workshop by my Guru (teacher) wherein he simply described that training the body first (keeping it still, and being content) , then train the mind (still and content). This thought resonates with me strongly and therein began my journey with wanting to teach Hatha Yoga.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Yoga is not just a form of exercise. It is so much more than that. It really is about the journey rather than a pose that one would want to accomplish. The physical, emotional, spiritual all come together in Yoga.
