As a Realtor, I want my clients homes to look as good as possible in this market for resale. He not only takes care of cracks and sealing, but he can take care of sunken black top in front of the garage. He cuts out the sunken area, replaces it with new blacktop. Then he waits a couple of weeks and comes back and seals the whole driveway so the new and old blacktop look the same. He does a good job and the curb appeal on homes is greatly improved. He just did my driveway, I'm ready for winter. The cracks were filled with a hot rubber and then sealed. looks great Kyle, THANKS!

Be sure your contractor is someone you can trust. Hire a company who has been doing business in your area for at least a few years. Ask questions and see how they respond.A warranty is only as good as the person giving it to you. And if the price seems to good to be true it probably is!
