- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It would help us if the customer provided the correct type of artwork that is acceptable for us to print. Sometimes we need a certain file type that is uncommon for regular software to handle and that's exactly the file we need. Generally .EPS, .PDF and .AI are the files we accept, but a high resolution JPG will do (sometimes).
