- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While our services are based on hourly rates, we provide most all of our clients with firm estimates after learning more about the type of project that you need. We offer a special Thumbtack only price structure for clients interested in basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do everything from simple catalog type websites, to larger e-commerce websites for selling thousands of products online. And after the site is built we promote those sites through good white hat SEO. We also can handle customer database programming in PHP with MySQL, and other programming languages for custom work to help you and your business grow and expand. Nearly all of our sites come with some form of content management so you can easily edit and make changes often, which helps in your Google rankings. We are also now building all sites to be mobile friendly or responsive, depending on your specific needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful when choosing a web designer or SEO company. Often times people that don't return phone calls promptly, will be even less prompt after you've put down a down payment. We advise you to choose a reputable company that will lay out pricing and provide an estimate before work is started.
