- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am required to get continuing education to keep our certifications. Every year we also go to trade shows to make sure we are always on top of everything. We use only the best products and equipment to get your task completed the safest and the most optimal way as possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have technicians that are IICRC trained and certified. They should automatically pre condition or pre spray your carpets. Not charge an extra fee for this. They should always professionally prevacuum all carpets before they do anything else.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Unfortunately most carpet cleaners have lost their way and have cut corners to get the job over with and get paid. I actually had a client tell me that the last cleaner seemed to only care about how fast he could get out of there and get paid. That he didn't care about the carpet. This will never happen at Smart Choice Cleaning.
