FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My business model is to work with clients as a "social media tutor". How this works: 1) We review your goals & expectations, discuss which strategies are the most appropriate and effective then line out a plan that best works for your community. 2) This requires you, or someone on your staff to do the legwork. I'm there as a guide to help understand best practices as well as interpreting the data. 3) Sessions are 90 minutes for a flat rate of $150 each. You can book weekly, semi-monthly or monthly sessions as needed and our contract is a session-to-session agreement. 4) I provide a follow up email with agreed upon tasks and create an online "social media manual" for you to refer to between sessions.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I am a social media tutor. We spend our sessions discussing ways you can build on what you already know. Common client discussion include (but are not limited to): How often should I be putting something on my Facebook page / Twitter account / Pinterest Boards etc? What are the best tools for managing my social media accounts? What is the best social media account to focus on for my business? How can I use instagram for business? My peers keep telling me I need to do more with social media but I don't even know where to begin! Am I too late to start using Pinterest for business? and so much more!
