FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on what I charge in Salon offering incentive by lowering my prices slightly. Right now I want you to be most comfortable and feel like you are getting great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After coming to an understanding of the basic idea of the hairstyle which includes taking into account the event or wedding itself: romantic, fun, or whimsical, colors,?. We execute a plan for the design of the style.. looking through pictures which is a great way to express ideas. The consultation is thorough and complete: there is no mystery or uncertainty: we know exactly what the style will look like and how long it takes..Next is a rehersal: try a few different looks,ie:, determine the amount of poof,,and placement of veil and/or flowers etc. Decisions and plans are made for the day of the event: timing is extremely important - we deduct what time you want to be ready and plan accordingly. If you want me to stay for the day for touch ups etc,, I am available for that service as well.
