- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing but the pricing changes based upon the client's needs and means.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial step is a free consultation in your home (or by phone if requested) to review food preferences and to determine which type of service is desired. We will discuss your food likes and dislikes and any allergies or medical conditions you may have by completing a Client Questionnaire form that I send via email or provide in person. After this is complete, we schedule our catering, class or cooking session(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in baking and pastry from Le Cordon Bleu Of Chicago and many years of experience in Fine Dining and Casual Dining Restaurants. I specialize in vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten free and other dietary and health focused meals.
