We have hired Travis for several odd jobs around the house. I am very happy with his work, particularly with his attention to details. The job is done right, on time and at a very reasonable price. He has professionally mounted 3 televisions for us. He was very meticulous with the install and was very thorough with the job. He has installed fans in all of our bedrooms and has also installed cabinets in the garage and the laundry room. Very recently I hired him to install an overhanging shelf on the garage ceiling and a pegboard. There is no job too hard for him and in fact, when other contractors cannot figure something out Travis comes to the rescue and figures out a solution. I highly recommend South Charlotte Services for all of your contracting needs.

John was on time and curtious. He installed 3 ceiling fans, 2 tv wall mounts and 7 light fixtures. We got six estmates and felt South Charlotte Services was our best option. We already have several other projects we are planning and will definitely use then again.

I hired South Charlotte Services to install a 46" TV above my fireplace. They were very prompt and curteous and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service. They also do remodeling and I am going to have them come back and redo my kitchen in the near future. Can't wait!

John is a thorough professional with excellent workmanship. Both the tasks of wall mounting a TV and installing a faucet which ran into unexpected complications at my place was handled with consummate ease. He was extremely patient, explained everything and was very reasonable in his charges. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again less recommending him to others in the Uptown Charlotte area.

All projects are different so to is our pricing structure. We always take into account our clients budget and time frame when pricing out any project. We also have no issues in the consumer purchasing their own materials. If you have something in mind don't hesitate in giving us a call for a prompt reliable quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your input is everything. We enjoy striving to meet customer expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive knowledge in new and existing home construction. Obtained my NC GC license in 1998 and worked for john Crosland here in Charlotte till 1998. I can both manage and implement all types of residential and commercial projects. See our website for further information.
