The food was great but it arrived almost 45 minutes late. Chef Mark did a good job with set-up as well.

The food was wonderful. They gave us enough time to get situated with our own things, but not too much time that people became restless waiting. Everything was correct as to the specifications, and they also supplied silverware, napkins, and ice for us on the fly. Good people, very good communication throughout, and excellent food (even for lunch boxes).
