- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Need exact info from each client, for each client have different needs and preference. For one lack of information can cause you to lose a client. I work with hundreds of different travel suppliers, and all have a different systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, always. Day to day webinars and onsite tradeshow. Online courses. Cruise ship inspections on new or renovated ships.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always had the love of travel. Before becoming an Travel consultant I worked for years as a Customer Service Agent at a major airline, and would travel often.
