Mark came recommended by a friend, I believe his former manager, for my custom database. I own a small business and at the core of my intellectual property is a mission-critical database. It was getting hard to run my 14 year old Paradox database on newer Windows operating systems. It was time to upgrade but the complexity of my choices and the associated tasks overwhelmed me. Then I met Mark and everything became easy. I told him exactly what I wanted. I wanted a new Access database that functioned exactly like my old Paradox database. From our first meeting, I felt confident in him. Two months later and a handful of internet ‘join me’ sessions, when I gave him feedback on his in-process creations, Mark delivered a fantastic new database that does exactly what I want. That was a year ago. I’ve used the Access database Mark created for me almost every day since then. I am thoroughly happy. And I know if I want to make changes, Mark is here to do that. My database is multi-relational - Mark had to manually build the relationships between the different sets of data. And it is a specialized application that gives me dynamic query capabilities, self-maintenance and network capabilities. It’s designed to integrate with MS Office for extra report functions. Mark was great to work with in every way. He communicates clearly, delivers on time, is patient with a tech-novice, his price seems reasonable and he built me a great custom database.

Mark built my current website specific to my style and needs. He has been a real help with all of the technical issues I run into with my small business.
