- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order for me to maintain my Certified Social Media Certification, I must obtain continuing education credits by attending conferences and seminars on best practices and watch webinars led by industry professionals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I create a social media strategy to integrate with my clients current marketing efforts. I will outline this strategy and setup their social media accounts to succeed with this strategy. I also create engaging content to build communities and get people talking. Then create adds to continue that conversation and drive leads for new business. This is not just through social media marketing, but email marketing, content marketing and SEO.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was able to take an establish yet stagnant social media community and increase reach on Facebook by 30% and LinkedIn Followers by 33%. This in turn led to more customers interested in their opportunities and clients interested in their services.
