I'm really not sure what they did. I cleaned the house the day before. I basically wanted the floors done and the bathrooms cleaned. It looks like the bathrooms are pretty solid. However, there is still cat/dog hair all over my wood floors and both my animals are staying at another house, and the carpets either were neglected or they use a really poor vacuum. Again, not blown away..but serviceable. Probably go elsewhere next time.
