- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to be certified with Yoga Alliance, there are required continuing education hours we have to do every 3 years. I recently completed an advanced 300hr professional training, so I have over 500 hours of yoga teacher training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My life was so terribly out of balance from years in the corporate world that I finally decided to immerse myself in yoga and get to a place of sharing yoga with others. I want to help people get healthier (mind and body).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a yoga teacher that you connect with and that you feel you can learn from. If you don't connect, then move onto another teacher but don't give up on yoga!
