- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet with the client or salesperson on site to walk the property and identify any challenges to the staging or sale of the home, during this time we also determine the price to stage. Then we write a quote and negotiate the contract, some clients want one month, some want two months of rent built into the contract. Once we set a date then the client is locked in and ready for us to come stage. Generally we can turn a property around in one day. Thanks to our well trained team and the fact we own our own inventory and truck.
