Introduction: Stacey Menzer is a painter-turned professional makeup artist. In September of 2000, Stacey graduated top of her class at LIBS, presently known as Empire Beauty School. Over the past 20 years, Stacey has been making women look and feel more confident by her understanding of artist discipline of makeup application with the perfect finishing touches for every look.

Stacy is a phenomenal makeup artist. She did my makeup and the end result was flawless. She covered the bags under my eyes which is a struggle for me. The finish was smooth and looked so natural. Her attention to detail is spectacular. She is a perfectionist. I brought in a picture for the look I wanted and i have to say when she was done It was better than the photo. I would definitely book her again. Her rates are very affordable. She is a true artist and you can tell she tamed pride in what she does.

Stacey is a creative and consummate professional. My wedding makeup was beautiful. She arrived with me and brought all professional and super clean equipment. She was patient and was able to work with all different types of ethnic skin tones. Stacey did touch up makeup through out the entire night and made that part of my wedding a seamless success. My lashes were gorgeous and natural. She even gave me free lipstick as a personal gift. It was all the right touches, great energetic and reassuring personality. My brides maids and mom were all pleased with their makeup as well. I would highly recommend this artist!
