- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take payments through PayPal. Even if you don't have a P-P account, it is still possible to pay with a credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make initial contact via e-mail. Then we set up an appointment to connect using Skype. From there it's as easy as one-two-three.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jan is professor of English and Multi-Media at a Japanese university. Misa teaches English to children, primarily, but occasionally she teaches Japanese to foreigners.
