Introduction: Many of my clients come to Strong Body SA after their other attempts at health and fitness have failed. In the past, my clients have had gym memberships, done group training, participated in Crossfit and even hired personal trainers at big-box gyms. In all of those pursuits, what clients tell me is lacking is a sense of accountability and personal attention. Strong Body SA's expertise lies within our structured one-on-one approach to health and fitness (even if you're in our boot camps or group training classes, you get personalized service). We understand that each person has unique needs and we take the time to address those needs with unique solutions tailored to each individual's life. Seeing people succeed and change. It's not always quick success as finding what works for each client is a process, but when Strong Body SA trainers and clients work together amazing things happen.

I signed on to work with Jennifer after having seen some pictures of myself at our mutual friend's wedding. Needless to say, the pictures were very telling of the weight I had slowly gained. My unhealthy lifestyle really snuck up on me, and I didn't know where to start when it came to developing a long term plan to become healthy again. When approaching Jennifer about her training program, I was nervous and hesitant. I knew nothing about 'routine' fitness and was embarrassed to admit I needed help. She was understanding, sympathetic and totally non-judgmental, which made me all the more eager to begin working with her. What I ended up finding out is that fitness and a healthy meal plan doesn't have to be a diet...it's a lifestyle, and it's a slow process. Jennifer helped me realize this, and with her help, I finally had the tools that were necessary in order to be a better, healthier version of me. Working with her was eye-opening, fun and not at all intimidating..and I will use the work-outs and meal plans she gave me for years to come!

Jennifer has my fitness plan so organized and tailored to me that all I need to do is focus on my workout. No guess work, she does it all. I have a monthly calendar that explains my target for each day along with fitness goals and nutrition information for me. Her encouraging and motivating style makes me want to work harder to improve. I have lost inches and weight according to plan but most important I have gained confidence and I feel and move like a much younger person than when I stared. I have tried everything to lose weight and get healthy and then at age 54 I finally found Jennifer and my life is changing. Its a huge commitment but one of the best life decisions I have ever made. Thank you Jennifer!!!

As one in the over fifty category, I had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that this was as good as it gets, that my body was not going to change/perform for the better … that is, until I started training with Jennifer @ Strong Body SA. With her customized training program, she makes working out fun and something I look forward to every week. It’s never boring, always challenging. In just four months, I have seen phenomenal results in both my strength and endurance. I am in better shape now than I was in my twenties. When I first started with her, I literally had a fear of going beyond what I thought my body was capable of doing … not no mo’! She has taught me that age = nothing! I highly recommend Jennifer @ Strong Body SA as your first and last personal trainer. You will get fit and have fun in the process of doing so … and if you have any hesitations or reservations that you are the exception, that your body can’t/won’t perform … let her prove you wrong. She will.

Oh my where do I begin? Let me just say that Jenn goes above and beyond to learn about you & your habits. She even takes the time to get to know each person's goals, struggles, eating habits good and bad, has wonderful advice and is very encouraging. I have been working out with Jenn for almost 2 months 3 to 4 times a week. She pushes you and is there every step of the way. So you are successful and accomplish your goals. I've seen a huge change in my overall body. Increase in strength, stamina, endurance, and the addiction of change in my daily life. She is there for any support you need during the workout or even after any time of the day. Thank you Jenn, definitely a rock star in my book!!!! Allison

I have always enjoyed running and working out so I wanted something to change up my routine and get better results. Jennifer's knowledge of fitness and ability to Taylor a program to fit my needs AND challenge me gave me the extra boost I needed to PR at a half marathon and become stronger!
