Introduction: Japanese Anma is unique in the United States and there are only a handful of anma practitioners in Arizona. It is 5000 years old and has a rich history in Japanese healing traditions. It can be performed fully dressed over clothing. Anma focuses on warming up muscle tissue. Combined with Seitai, an anma practitioner can assist the body in realigning its structure. When the body's skeleton is realigned, muscles are relaxed.
I love customizing the Japanese approach to the American public. Being able to give a complete consultation and choosing the appropriate techniques and pressure to be able to provide relief from pain and correct mis-alignments in the body.
