Introduction: My RN background and years of holistic studies have allowed me to combine Eastern and Western concepts to come up with easy health and lifestyle plans that are not time consuming. I coach and support people who have a desire to be healthier and live in a sustainable way. I can work with people who have health concerns like diabetes, heart disease, pre or post menopause, overweight, insomnia, or stress-related issues.
I am also an excellent personal cook, menu planner and teacher of healthy nutrition and cooking for those who want to learn.
