- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I use Campbell's Pricing Guide for Contractors. The book tells of the standard time to complete a task and the labor rate Contractors should charge for the task. some factors it includes are time, cost of materials, drive time, labor,ect...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come out to the jobsite, meet the customer, analyze the project, take as many pictures as needed, estimate the cost of materials and labor, communicate this information to the customer. Once the customer has this information they are able to make a decision on hiring Sustainable Technology Group to complete the project. Next step is the contract, once the contract is drawn up STG and the customer will review the contract in detail. If everything is allright within the contract a signature is required by all parties and we will commence to getting to work on completing the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a State of North Carolina Residential General Contractors License. I have completed continuing education in Lead Safe Weatherization and Whole House Weatherization.
