- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated however I have negotiated price to home. There may not be a bedroom that I do, there may be an extra floor to a home. I have set a price for an hour and size of home but there are exception to the rule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken Small Business Administration courses and I have received certifications in various courses geared toward operating my small business. I keep up with the latest cleaning trends but sometimes we find that some of the seasoned tactics are the best!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning after high school as a job with one of my friends, from there I applied for various cleaning positions. I started cleaning homes on my own on and off. Then I began cleaning for the Wyndham in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and met so many kind people. I continued cleaning homes, vacation homes and doing move-ins from that point on.
