Introduction: I use body weight for a natural resistance and movements that are functional. My focus is to protect and increase the strength of the joints and the body overall. Through this process your body will become more lean, creating a healthier and more positive body image. Often with training and becoming healthier, we have to overcome a mental battle just as much as the physical. Nothing makes me happier than helping other overcome the same struggles I have. Knowing I can help others achieve goals to become healthier and happier makes me feel honored and keeps me humbled.

    I am certified in trigger point foam rolling- a stretching technique. Also, I'm currently working on my Bachelors in Sports and Exercise science, so that I have the most up to date knowledge of training techniques to provide my clients.
