Introduction: Catering is an exhilarating and dynamic job. No two days are the same. No two clients are the same. I enjoy most that I have to treat each client as a new experience. I like most after each Catering event that I raise the bar personally and professionally. I thrive on the expertise of consistency but I challenge myself to never allow my creativity to become stagnant.
