Introduction: I offer my services as a freelance painter and decorator, servicing residential properties only. My services include drywall repairs, wallpaper removal and installation, interior and exterior painting, decks, fences, windows and more. I have over 25 years of experience as a painter and am a member in the painting/decorating and construction building trades. I am O.S.H.A. certified along with an R.R.P certification as well. I can help save you money by explaining all of your painting and decorating options to you, never leaving you in the dark. For example: A room can cost anywhere between $100 and $400 depending on what work needs to be done. Do you need walls only? Do you need walls and trim? Do you need ceiling? Do you need closets? On the thumbtack platform pricing a painting jobs is difficult but not impossible, thumbtack estimates can only be an "estimate" meaning the price is subject to change. Myself and all painters alike highly recommend getting a personal in home price quote, it's usually free ****(my in home price quotes are always free)**** and it locks in your price and also allows the painting professional to measure sqft and gather material information (quantity and color choices) for the work to be completed.
