The service was excelent. We love that they had everything necessary to get the food ready and left everything clean. The food was delicious and the table presentation was above my expectations.

Anthony catered our regional managers' meeting for Outback Steakhouse. Restaurant managers are the biggest critics, and I can honestly say the food was excellent. Unique and flavorful. In my opinion Anthony's food is a great value for any event and I strongly endorse trying his catering.

Meal prepared for 50 people chicken, ribs, meatballs and a speciality dessert.The service was excellent and professional and to top things off the food was superb. The sauce was outstanding.

Anthony catered and bartended a Bachelor Party for my husband and I. My husband and I are childhood best friends of the groom so this party had to be special! I'll put it this way thanks to Anthony's wonderful food (chicken nachos and beef sliders) and amazing drinks, our party will go down in history! He had an awesome personality and fit right in with the crowd! He was professional and took his craft seriously! I would recommend Anthony for any occasion!

    When it comes to the budget, think about what kind of food that you really want. If you went to a restaurant, how much would each person have to spend to get that? Now imagine if you had that nice restaurant deliver the food to you. This will help you to see what your budget should be.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Cooking with integrity is not easy! Since it is a business, many companies will take the cheapest route: Buying precooked, packaged foods and heating them up or using inferior ingredients. To cook with integrity takes a lot more time, labor, and money, but the end result is much better.
