Introduction: Our tutors are available for in person or online tutoring. This gives you the flexibility to get help where and when it's most convenient for you. The best thing about tutoring is seeing students have an "a-ha" moment, complete a tough assignment, or meet their academic goals.

Couldn't have passed Calculus without his help! Michael is the first tutor I have ever used and I am grateful that I found him! This was my second try at passing calculus and I was struggling. Michael was very patient with me and he made me feel very comfortable. He knows his math! Super smart but also has the ability to mold his teaching style to the needs of the student. He responds quickly to messages, is flexible with his schedule and timely. He can even teach writing upside down so the student can easily see what he is doing from across the table! If you are looking for a great tutor, you just found one! Michael is the best!!!!

Vania is an excellent Spanish instructor. I've taken many Spanish lessons that have ranged from various software programs to personal tutors. Vania is great. She knows how to relate with each person in order to convey concepts. She's the best I have worked with. She's also very accommodating, since I tend to change my schedule around a lot. She is always flexible to accommodate. Vania is simply great.

Andrea is a great trigonometry teacher. She is accommodating and knowledgeable and has helped our son make great progress. We are lucky to have found her.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies depending on lesson duration and location. For example, a 60 minute online tutoring session will cost less than a 90 minute session when the tutor travels to your home. This difference accounts for the increased time as well as the tutor's commuting costs.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Tutors typically start by assessing the student's current level in their desired subject, and finding out what their goals are. From there, the tutor will make a personalized learning plan and work with the student to help them meet or even exceed their goal.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before you start with tutoring, decide what your goals are. Knowing your goals will help you choose the tutor with the right expertise to help you. Tell your goals to your tutor, as this will help them make your lesson plans and guide you to accomplish what you set out to do.
