I earned my Associates in culinary arts at Mercer County Community College & Bachelors in Hospitality Management at Fairliegh Dickinson University. I also earned Home Health Certification from Bayada Nurses and certification as a Lay Servant from the United Methodist Confrence.
I have been catering for the past 20 years within several states in the United States. My passion for humanity and the hospitality industry have prompted me to acquire all degrees and certifications to help people meet their needs with excellence.
