- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal tax returns $195 - $325. Business returns $350 - $495. Price depends on time and complexity of the return. Bookkeeping rate of $55 per hour added to return fee if considerable completion of books is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer uploads copy of QuickBooks company file and related accounting and tax documents. I complete bookkeeping and year end adjustments to QuickBooks file and prepare individual or business tax returns (or both). Free introductory consultation meeting in person or over the phone. Prefer Dropbox as a safe and easy way to transfer documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accounting BA from Washington State University Vancouver. Passed CPA exam. Continuing Professional Education requirements met. Continuous independent study with online resources.
