- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per project rather than per hour on the vast majority of projects. This way the client and myself have a good idea of the scope of the project and how much it is going to cost. Neither my client or myself like a big surprise bill at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do an initial intake interview where they talk about their business and bring me their source documents. After that I look over everything and prepare follow up questions. I usually send these by email or text. We meet a final time to review the return and make sure they understand what we are filing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent licensed through the Department of Treasury to represent tax payers at all administrative levels of the IRS.
