Introduction: Taylor offers private or small-group lessons to beginners to advanced yogis.
Lessons offered are as follows:
* Power Yoga (60-90 minutes): Expect a rigorous yoga flow with postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating. This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you as your practice grows. It strengthens, balances and detoxifies.
* Yoga Sculpt (60 minutes): Expect a total body workout. Yoga Sculpt is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights.
Taylor is trained in Power Yoga (vinyasa style, yoga flow) and Yoga Sculpt (yoga with weights) through the Yoga Alliance and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT- 200 hours).
In her classes, expect to loosen up, discover new things about yourself and have fun.
