If you are looking in to selling a property, make sure you ask them what they are going to do to get your property sold, and ask for proof! Too many times I see listings with only a couple of pictures, no virtual tours and no descriptions. This information is extremely valuable, especially if the property is going to be advertised online. A listing with limited information will be passed up and will sit on the market a lot longer and will sell for less.
