Marley Day has come to our rescue several times in dealing with problems with our desktop computer. She had to completely reformat our hard drive and install Windows 7. We also had problems with a virus and she helped set up an e-mail for my husband to make it easier for him to navigate for e-mail and searching on the internet. Marley is very dedicated to her work, and willing to go the extra mile to help. She was here several hours on one occasion and this was on her only day off. She has a pleasant personality and has a way of helping us to calm down when we are stressed over computer problems. The quality of her work is A+ in my estimation as a former secretary.

Last year I found myself in the position of needing to update my personal home computer. Microsoft XP was being phased out, my desktop computer was outdated, and I had no idea where to turn for advice and help in purchasing a new computer and setting up a new system. Searching the internet for information and talking to sales clerks only left me confused and frustrated, and I knew I needed professional help to make my decisions.
Marley Day was recommended to me by friends who had recently used her services. I contacted her, briefly told her of my dilemna, and set up a time to further discuss my needs.
When we met, I found her to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She looked at my current computer, reviewed the programs I was using, asked questions about my usage and knowledge of those programs, determined what I needed and made suggestions for a new computer system. Once I purchased the new computer she came to my home, got it connected and set up with the programs we had decided upon, and got it in full working order. Then she sat down with me, did a review of each program and made sure I was able to access each one and feel comfortable in doing so. She offered follow up help if I needed it.
Several months later, I was visiting my daughter in Nevada. A virus popped up on her computer while I was using it and locked it up. I called Marley and she gave me step by step directions over the phone on how to capture the virus and delete it from the computer. Thankfully it worked, the virus was deleted, and she walked me through installing a better anti-virus system. She certainly saved the day for me then!
I am very pleased with the work Marley has done for me. She was friendly, extremely efficient, and very patient and understanding of my lack of computer knowledge. I highly recommend her for all your computer needs.

Marley was efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. I didn't understand a couple of things and she took her time to explain what I needed to do. We went over all my computer problems and had them licked the first time around.

I was very pleased with the work done for me by Marley Day. In a very short time, she was able to solve several problems for me, some that were causing my computer to run very slowly, and some that made it impossible for me to access the Internet. Marley has worked on my computer several times. Installing new software that makes the computer more efficient and removing malware and viruses. She helped explain Windows 8 functions so they were understandable. Installed software for e-mail accounts that are easier to read. Helped me to organize what is available on my computer. I can't say enough good things about Marley and her computer work. Whenever I have a question, she is always available with an answer. She also revamped our old laptop to make it work more efficiently. The quality of her work is unsurpassed.
