Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I never leave my customers unhappy or dissatisfied. I also teach and educate customers on the issues at hand and give them a better understanding of what is going on instead of just fixing their computer and leaving them unprotected or uneducated like other companies would. My knowledge is my freedom. I enjoy the challenge of being in an ever changing and growing field and strive to use my current skills and implement new IT methods to enhance IT infrastructure. Being able to increase my network of clients and make their lives more convenient is one of the biggest benefits from working in the field.

I had a paper to write and my computer went black. I called Ted and he was at my house within the hour. Unfortunately, I had a bad virus so he needed more time. He took my computer and I received it the next day. No virus and all my files were completely restored. He explained everything clearly and had excellent customer service. I wouldn't waste my money taking my computer to Geek Squad ever again.
