I have 15 years of experience as a trial attorney. Mainly criminal, child support, juvenile and guardianship. I have expanded my experience in the last two years to include consumer rights, landlord tenant cases, traffic and family law. I work on a case-by-case basis and have an extremely low overhead (office is shared with another attorney), so my fees are very reasonable. If I can't help you or feel that there is a better attorney out there to do the case, I will refer your case to that attorney or firm. For large law firms, I will appear for a fixed fee on docket calls, night court, etc. My best skill is finding out what my client wants, get to the root of the dispute and try to solve their problem. That may mean something as simple as a carefully written letter to the parties involved or a full-blown jury trial. Winning is equivalent to solving the clients' problem/issue with the best possible outcome. It does not mean getting my name on the news!
