Attn: what you are about to read is just the truth. This is the 2nd review on Terri Heravi. I am a first time buyer who submitted and offer on 26340 W.Plata Ln Calabasas. CA on first week on Dec after going back and forth she told us on a text message congratulation the house is yours after I talk to the lender on Monday. Monday morning Dec 8th after she spoke to my lender and everything was verified and approved in the matter of couple of hours she said she gave the house to someone else. Dec 17th she called my agent and said they are no longer interested in the house due to the damages and the inspection they had done on the house and she want to meet with us to go over the damages and want us to submit our offer again. After we submitted our offer for the 2nd times, She forced me to go with her lender and get another loan as if I had just want it to apply for the first time just to make more money. She kept the house hostage till I apply with their lender. Since I did not want to give out my personal information to an stranger and did not want to run my credit for 2nd time for no reason after we had provided them all the docs they should have not had ( pre-approval letter-DU approval-Bank statements-Proof of funds- Verifying with our lender who's is from an FDIC Insured bank) After all that, today on Dec 19 she declined my offer again because I didn't apply for another loan with their lender and didn't make more money for her. Obviously since day one she was playing a game with me, Her intentions were to make more money by having me apply with their lender, She had changed her wording many times during this process. This is how I can describe her: An older Persian lady who is just after your money. Does not want to make a relationship with you and don't care about you, just wants your money. She will sell you to whom ever that can get her most money under any cicumstances, She is not professional and should not be in this business. Buying and selling houses is not all about earning more and more money. She is rude, unreasonable, game player and 2 faces. Please do not trust her . What you see is totally different than what you get from her. This was spouse to be a pleasant experience for me buying my first house but in reverse Teri Heravi has made it a big stressful drama for me and my family by falsifying information and giving us a different scenario on every single interaction she had with our agent. She has been extremely rude to my agent and had told her that she doesn't undrestand anything. She is after your money trying to make more money in any possible ways she can. Please watch out and do NOT trust her. The loan agent she want it me to apply with had just got his business licenses in September of 2014 and this is who she trust!!! Had the worst experience of my life with her. So disapointed and will make sure she pays for all the emotional damages she did to me and my family . I hope no one will go through the same thing I did when buying a house. Thank you .
