- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're currently taking online courses from Le Cordon Bleu to get our Bachelors in Culinary Arts. This is the highest degree you can obtain in this field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a school teacher before I decided to move from Connecticut to Chicago to become a chef. My husband, before his incarceration, was a local school bus driver before he decided to change careers. And then we met. The rest is still being written!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do wedding receptions, birthday parties, trunk parties, banquets, private auctions, funerals, and my favorite...Mother's Day!
