Our most common jobs are virus removal,and data recovery services. Most customers do not have anti-virus or if they do have anti-virus they do not run weekly scans and update definitions. I have also seen customers who are not aware of how to protect themselves on the web and they download malicious malware, spyware or dangerous trojans.
