Introduction: I am very passionate about holistic approach to life and wellness and I instill that in my clients. I will not take "I'll try!" from anyone because I believe in power of will and mental strength that at times needs extra push from someone that cares. Continuing education seminars, own research, current filed developments, mentoring and consultations from other professional in the filed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a helpful since I was a child. I used to help our elders to carry their groceries or go with them to church for company. So my career path has always been in helping profession. Being a therapist, trainer, and a life coach its a accumulation of all experiences in my personal and professional circle of life! It couldn't be any more perfect.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individual, couples and family therapy. Life Coaching Group and individual fitness training.
