Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a hands-on attorney. I don't pass work off to my paralegal or legal secretary unless absolutely necessary. I stay actively involved in your case, from start to finish, always meeting face-to-face with my clients for their free consultation and as often as necessary afterwards. My law office is not a document preparation service, nor is it a plea-bargain mill; I actively fight for my clients, and I represent them throughout the duration of their case. I love finding a solution to a problem - especially if it is a solution no one else has been able to see. I love knowing that I can help people make their lives better, that they can be happy and successful because of the work I do for them.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy can be filed for as little as $895 (plus court costs and legally-required credit counseling courses and credit pulls). Chapter 13 Bankruptcy can be filed for as little as $3995 (plus court costs and legally-required credit counseling courses and credit pulls). Hourly work - such as complicated family law or criminal cases - are charged at $250 per hour if I am working on your case and $150 per hour if my paralegal is working on your case. Some cases, such as no-contest divorces or DUIs, are straightforward and can be handled with a flat fee upfront. DUIs can be defended for as little as $2995, and no-contest divorces for as little as $495. Civil litigation is paid on a contingency basis, meaning you don't pay unless you win. When the case is settled completely, my fee is 25% of the final settlement.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always had a passion for the law and for justice. The decision to become an attorney was a natural one, honestly, and something I worked towards for a very long time before my dream eventually came true in 2012.
