My children have been under the instruction of Reginald Venson for years and I couldn't be happier with our experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process we have for working with clients is to screen and qualify contacts for instruction through a questionnaire. Then, once the pricing and teaching logistics are agreed upon an appointment is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over two decades of professional level martial arts instruction and customer service experience with several firms. My rank is 6th Degree Black Belt.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to qualify the instructor you are considering through their organizational affiliation, style head (Senior Instructor), and any background check resources available.
